New Year's

Well, it's the beginning of a new year! For some reason I have always loved this time of year. I think it has something to do with the feeling of starting over, like having a clean slate ahead of you. Or, maybe it's the thoughts of "This year, I'm going to..." that bring a sense of excitement and anticipation. Either way, I'm really looking forward to this year. Abigail will have many "firsts" and hopefully I'll be taking my English class for the last time. I lost count, but I'm pretty sure I'm in the double digits for re-taking it. And no, I haven't failed it over and over...I just keep dropping it because I don't want to write papers. Anyways, here are some of my New Year's resolution:

This year, I'm going to...

  • blog (hopefully at least once a week)
  • finish my English class
  • loose "x" pounds (if you want to know how much: x=20% of my current weight, solve for x)
  • build something for Abigail
  • do a bunch of other stuff

And from time to time, I'll be showing up on the Clovis News Journal's "The Librarian Recommends" videos. Check out my first video.
